Our Housing support worker, in partnership with other organisations and communities works to provide support for queer, gender diverse, takatāpui & intersex young people who are at risk of, or who are experiencing housing insecurities (this includes living in unsafe environments).
Our definition of housing insecurities include:
Couch - Surfing
Streets & Parks
Cars
Precarious Housing (Motels & Hostels)
Garages/Sheds
Shelters/Services
Some things we can help with:
Accessing Work and Income benefits
Accessing safe and supportive housing
Accessing emergency housing services
