Online Support

When can I access this?

Our online chat support will be active from 3-4pm, Monday-Friday.

What platform do you use?

We use, an anonymous chatroom for this service. Click here to find out a bit more about it and how to use it!

Who am I talking to?

We have a team of trained support workers who you would be talking to. Click here to find out who our team is!

How does it work?

All you need to do is fill out the form below at the beginning of the digital drop-in hours. The form will be available to fill out at the beginning of every hour. Just pop your number on the form, and we'll do the rest!

Is it anonymous?

Totally! We understand that it can be hard to reach out for support if there's things you're worried about. What you share with us will be entirely up to you!

Please note

At times, there might be a lot of people trying to message us, and we’re a pretty small team. It’s our goal to respond immediately, but if things are busy when you contact us, we will give you an estimate of how long you might have to wait for a support person to get to you. If we’re really busy, we’ll link you up with our friends at Youthline or What’s Up to chat with one of their counsellors.

Because we’re trying to be available to as many people as possible, we might only be able to chat with you for 10-15 minutes. If we have lots to discuss, we might ask for your email so that our support team can provide you with everything you need.

If you’re in a crisis please dial 111, or contact your local mental health crisis team. If you are experiencing a lot of distress we will tell you who you need to call as our team cannot provide emergency assistance ourselves.
